All our E-xplora Day and E-xplora Trail tours can be booked by sending an e-mail directly to email@example.com or by filling out the information request forms on our website in the tabs for each itinerary. The E-xplora Rent service is available directly on our website in the RENTAL section. E-bikes can be collected from the selected E-xplora Point.
Reservations must be made within 24 hours of the rental date.
When booking any service, you will need to enter all your personal details, telephone number and e-mail address.
E-xplora Trail tour: we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount agreed at the time of booking. The balance must be paid within 10 days of the departure of the Tour.
E-xplora Day: we require payment of 100% of the total amount agreed at the time of booking. This must be completed no later than 5 days before the date of the event. When booking tours, you will need to provide your bank details in order to proceed with the payment.
E-xplora Rent: a security deposit of 100% of the amount agreed at the time of booking is required for the rental service. The transaction will be completed when the e-bike is returned, after the bike has been checked.
E-xplora Trail: the booking fee is only refunded if the communication is sent within 15 days of the date of departure of the Tour. If the full amount has been paid, we will issue a coupon valid for participation in another trail to be used within the current year.
E-xplora Day: the booking fee is non-refundable. We will issue a coupon valid for participation in another E-xplora Day to be used within the current year.
In case of bad weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel any kind of activity. We will issue a coupon valid for participation in the next event as per the calendar E-xplora.
